Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book and receive services at Slater Beauty Studio (“Slater Montreal”).

Booking

Appointments are booked through our online scheduler. Please provide accurate information so we can confirm and prepare for your visit.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours may be subject to a late-cancellation fee.

Payment

We accept credit card, debit card, and cash. Payment is processed at the end of your appointment unless otherwise stated for a specific package.

Mobile (at-home) service

For mobile appointments more than 10 km from the studio, a $25 travel fee applies. Please book mobile spray tans at least two weeks in advance.

Results

Beauty results vary from person to person and depend on following our pre-care and aftercare guidance. We will always do our best to achieve your desired look, but individual results cannot be guaranteed.

Health & safety

Please let us know of any allergies, sensitivities, recent treatments, or pregnancy before your appointment so we can advise you. When in doubt, consult your physician.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, and branding — belongs to Slater Beauty Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
